Since the announcement of his divorce from his wife of 27 years, parody accounts of the billionaire Microsoft founder have flooded online dating App, Tinder.

With a generic photo of Bill Gates who apparently works at ‘multi-billionaire’ with his Bio reading “I can give you an exclusive third dose” – a nod to conspiracy theorists who believe that Gates had something to do with the Covid-19 pandemic and the distribution of the vaccine. He has recently been criticised for after stating vaccines shouldn’t be shared with poorer countries.

This account appears to be in particular bad taste as, along with the rather sinister sounding bio, a picture of Gates appears alongside convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Anyway, if Gates does try out dating apps he wouldn’t be the first major celebrity to do so.
